For eligible returns you must enter the return in your account within 15 days of the shipment date and return the item within 22 days of the shipment date. Once the returned item is received in the warehouse, please allow 5 business days for us to process your return and another 5 business days for the credit to be reflected on your credit card statement. Please bear in mind, it could take up to 7 to 10 business days for us to receive your return.
Returns must be received in the same condition and with the same packaging items that were originally sent to you. For example, if your handbag arrived in its branded dust bag, it must be returned in the same dust bag. Items must also have their Union & Fifth tag attached at the time of return. Items that are not clean or have obviously been worn are not eligible for refund.
Final sale items may not be returned.
To get a shipping label for a return, click on the “return” option for the item on your account page. Your label will have a tracking number so that you can check the status of your package. When we receive your items, the status of your shipment will say “received.” You can check this by going to your account status link.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we have issued your refund. You can then check your credit card account to see when you receive the actual credit. If you have not received it within 5 days of the confirmation e-mail, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
